This website and the Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst I am happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, I give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations.

How do I order?                                                                                                    Ordering is quick, simple and secure just add any items you wish to purchase into the shopping basket. You can view your basket at any time by clicking "view basket" which appears at the bottom of the page you are ordering from. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for the details that I need to be able to satisfy the order.

How can I pay?                                                                                                                    I accept credit and debit card payment via Paypal which means you can shop securely from any part of the world as your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.

What are your postage charges?                                                                   Postage on items delivered to UK addresses is currently £1.50 on all orders under £40. On orders over £40 postage and packing is free. Postage is sent by First class post using Royal Mail's Recorded and Signed for service. This amount is calculated automatically and added to your shopping basket. These rates purely cover the cost of postage and packing as I do not believe in making a profit via postage charges.

For postage outside of the UK, go to the page entitled "Non UK Postage Rates" where you must add the additional postage supplement for your Postal Zone.

How long will my order take?                                                                        I aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 working days of receiving payment. My working days are Monday to Friday, consequently any orders received after 1pm on a Friday might not be processed until the following Monday. Please allow a little extra time in the run up to Christmas.

What if I have a problem?                                                                                  Hopefully this won't happen but I am only human and therefore all of my items are covered by a no-quibble refund policy.  If you are in any way unhappy with any of my items all you need to do is to return them to me, in their original packaging - preferably with a photocopy of your invoice. Upon their receipt I will refund you the purchase price.

The return postage will only be refunded when the item is deemed faulty rather than because you changed your mind. I would also ask that any returns be made within 14 days of delivery. None of this affects your statutory rights.

What are your contact details?                                                                                        As I also work part-time I prefer to be contacted by email my address is:- info@beadifferentdesigns.co.uk.

My full postal address is Jill Doyle, 3 Littlefold, Norley Road, Sandiway, Cheshire, United Kingdom, CW8 2JN

Other Terms and Conditions

Descriptions                                                                                                                      All descriptions given are those used commonly in the trade and beads are as described by my suppliers and are given in good faith. When the terms gold and silver are used, these are intended to refer to colour only unless otherwise stated. As items are handmade and some comprise natural materials then slight variations in size, shape and colour may occur although I will attempt to match items as best as I can. Images of items are as accurate a representation of colours as I can achieve but are intended as a guide only and not an exact match.

Nickel Content                                                                                                              Most items are bought from UK suppliers who are able to confirm that the metal components they sell comply with EU nickel directives and are low nickel. Exceptions to this are those items made and supplied from outside the EU for which it is not always possible to guarantee the nickel content. Metals in direct contact with the skin eg chains and earhooks are all EU compliant. However anyone with particular sensitivity may prefer to avoid items which include Tibetan silver as it is not possible to know the nickel content.
